Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom and Australia.

Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at weekends, go out the next working day.

Delivery times
2–5 working days from dispatch, to both the United Kingdom and Australia.
These are estimates. Remote postcodes and peak periods can add a day or two.

Delivery costs
Free on every order, to both the UK and Australia. No minimum, no threshold.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Customs and duties
The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay. If any charge is ever requested on delivery, contact us and we'll cover it.

Late or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us at [contact@tailfuel.com] with your order number. We'll chase the carrier, and if it's genuinely lost we'll resend it or refund you — your choice.

Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll resend it once you confirm the correct one; a second delivery charge may apply.
