Use of the site
This site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders and not to use the site for fraudulent purposes.

Products and pricing
We work hard to present accurate product information. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) for UK customers and Australian dollars (AUD) for Australian customers, and may change at any time without notice. The price that applies is the one in effect when you place your order.

Orders
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of our prices and product descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious error in price, stock or description. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Product information and veterinary advice
TailFuel™ is a complementary food supplement for dogs. It is not a veterinary medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Content on this site is for general information and does not replace advice from your vet. If your dog is unwell, on prescribed medication, pregnant, or you have found a new lump, speak to your vet before use.

Customer content
Reviews, photos and comments submitted by customers remain their own. By submitting them you give us permission to display them on our site and in our marketing. We publish reviews as we receive them, including critical ones, and we do not write or commission reviews ourselves.

Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logo, brand name — is the property of TailFuel or its partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. UK customers are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Australian customers are protected by the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

Governing law
