Terms of Sale

These terms govern the sale of products by TailFuel to customers in the United Kingdom and Australia through tailfuel.com. By placing an order you accept them.

Pricing
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) for UK customers and Australian dollars (AUD) for Australian customers, inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — a pricing error, or stock we no longer hold — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Payment
Payment is taken online at the time of order, through the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is verified.

Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day. UK delivery typically takes 2–4 days, Australian delivery 3–7 days. Delivery is free on orders over the threshold shown on our site. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation and refunds
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. You do not need to return the jar, and it does not matter that you have opened it. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

UK customers also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, running from the day you receive your order. This right exists alongside our guarantee, not instead of it.

Product information
TailFuel™ is a complementary food supplement for dogs. It is not a veterinary medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always follow the feeding guide on the pack. If your dog is unwell, on prescribed medication, pregnant, or you have found a new lump, speak to your vet before use. Nothing on this site replaces veterinary advice.

Individual results vary. Any timeframes we mention are what customers commonly report, not a promise of outcome.

Your consumer rights
United Kingdom: products are sold subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Australia: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for the products concerned.

Disputes
Contact us first — email [contact@tailfuel.com] and we will try to sort it out. If we cannot, UK customers can seek free advice from Citizens Advice, and Australian customers from their state or territory fair trading office or the ACCC.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are an Australian consumer, nothing here affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and you may bring proceedings in Australia.
